Information you submit
When you complete a contact, consultation, assessment, report, guide or design-request form, we store the information you provide so we can respond, qualify the request and maintain an appropriate follow-up record.
Lead attribution
The website may record the landing page, converting page, referring website, UTM campaign values and advertising click identifier associated with a visit. A first-party browser record may preserve this information for up to 30 days so an inquiry can be attributed to the source that introduced the visitor.
Interaction measurement and Google Analytics
We may record page views, telephone-link clicks, resource downloads, estimator calculations and form submissions. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and conversion events. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive the page visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and interaction events.
Cybersmetrics does not send form contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics. Private emails and telephone-call contents are not recorded by website analytics.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, deliver requested resources, operate follow-up sequences, measure marketing performance, improve service information and maintain business records. Cybersmetrics does not sell website lead information.
Your choices
You can clear browser site data to remove locally stored attribution information and analytics cookies. Browser privacy controls may also limit measurement. To ask about a submitted inquiry or request deletion of information that is not required for legitimate business or legal purposes, contact Cybersmetrics directly.
